The swiss air force celebrates its 100th anniversary with an international air show in Payern during 2 weekends: 30 + 31 August and 06+07 September.
I'll be driving there by car, pretty early in the morning (I'd like to be there around 07:00 when the doors open, to get some good shots from the static display without too many spectators) and return late (after 19:00, when the doors close). I come from the "Zürich Unterland" and can pick up people on my way there...
If I can fill my car (I got room for 3 more aviation fans), then the parking will be free to promote carsharing :-) Fuel costs will be shared.
I already have my tickets for both weekends. If you want to join me, you can buy your tickets over the SBB website or at the airfield itself (probably long waiting lines...). It will probably be extremely crowded (over 100.000 visitors expected...) depending on the weather forecast.
Just write me if you want to join. First come, first serve. No last minute cancellations please...
