Spring is coming, and fresh smells are all around!

This month, our special guest Elsa will introduce us to the world of scents and she will lead us through a journey of intuition, inspiration and memories. Be prepared for a meeting full of surprising sensory perceptions, that we will use as a basis to write haikus during this evening.

Elsa, a qualified art-therapist and the founder of the association www.unbrincreatif.ch, has already hosted several "Scents and Writing" workshops in Geneva but this one will be the first one with a haiku-focus :).

In order to guarantee a good quality for this workshop, we have to limit the number of participants to 10-12 people (first come, first served). In case more people are interested, we may organize another similar meeting later on.

The cost per person is 15 CHF to cover the renting of the space, drinks and snacks, as well as a donation to the association un brin creatif.

EVERYBODY is welcome, no prior experience required!

Haiku 101:
- with the belief that constraints foster creativity, we go by the traditional rule ie a haiku is a Japanese poetic form consisting of 17 syllables in 3 phrases of 5/7/5 syllables respectively
- the phrases don't have to (and actually should not) rime
- according to traditional rules, a haiku should contain a "kigo" which is a key word hinting at a specific season
- haikus can be written in any language
