My friend Jean organizes a snowshoe hike on the Prarion from Saint-Gervais (65 km from Geneva) this Sunday, December 13th.
This mountain is located between the valley of Saint-Gervais and the Chamonix. From the top, the view will be superb on the Mont Blanc and other mountains: the Aiguilles Rouges, the Aravis, Beaufortain. Orientation table before the summit (1969 m).
First fresh snow for the first winter hiking. A gradient of 850 m and a distance of 9 km. Of medium difficulty, however, the route requires a good physical condition.

Price 5 Euros including insurance. Transport: passenger pays 13 Euros to the driver.
Equipment: snowshoes and gaiters (the association can rent you a pair: 8 euros).
