Last Sunday, December 4, we enjoyed on south of Jura Chain (Crêt De La Goutte). This Sunday, December 11, We’re going to visit 3 high summits of this chain: Reculet 1718 m, Crêt De La Neige 1720 m and Grand Crêt 1702 m. W’ll walk On Balcon Du Leman. It offers a wide panoramic view over Geneva Lake and the Alps. ….
We start from Tiocan (Thoiry). Trough Narderant, where the chamois normally « wait » us, we arrive at Reculet. Down on the ridges and up trough the woods, we reach at Crêt De La Neige. We Continu on Balcon Du Leman GR and arrive at Grand Crêt.

Go back to Crêt De La Neige. Down to Curson, Thoiry Devant, La Crosée and down same way to Tiocan.

Cumulative elevation gain about 1050m. Distance about 13 km. One steep path.

Appointment: 8:00 on Parking of CERN, Final stop of tram 18. Inscription is obligatory.

Equipment: Good mountain shoes, sticks, warm and waterproof clothes, gloves, hat, gaiters, drink. All must be prepared the day before. Rentals in Geneva. Location à Genève.
