Possible bug?

Hi Oded, 


I have no idea if anyone else is experiencing the same issue (apart from my girlfriend), but recently (the past couple of weeks), every time I've wanted to log on, I have to go through the whole log-in process.  Before, Glocals remembered me for about 2 weeks before 'forgetting' me, which was fine, but now it's everyday / every time.  Hmm...


I have a MacBook Pro, version 10.9.5, which works everywhere else on the web.

i too have noticed this recently. maybe it's something to do with security and hackers who have entered the website to post dodgy stuff.

It's not a bug, it's a feature. Check the cookies settings. You might have asked the cookies monster to eat them when you close the browser or a setting may have changed when the browser auto-updated.

Richard I believe that's not the issue here.


Having a quick look at cookies sent, I believe the issue is that glocals is using (or migrated?) different MD5 and MD5X2 algorithms, hence a conflict.


I hope some admin pass by there and it may ring a bell. By the way it's pretty nasty relying on those oldies + sending that much data in cookies... Hope it can be changed before much damage is done.

We wanted to upgrade the Remember Me function and it caused some issues but I think it's now OK. 


Pls let me know if Remember Me is now working for you or not.

The problem is back again (and been so for about a week), not with logging-in via a computer, but doing so with a smart phone.  Has anyone on your side been tinkering around again?  ;o)  JT.
