The group meets once a week in the Sattva Institute - Avenue Vinet 25. @ 7 pm. Please arrive a few min earlier.
Once a month (on a Sunday) there is a meditation in Nature- follow Mindful hikes on Meetup https://www.meetup.com/MindfulHikes
In the Summer we will include a couple of other hikes and events in Nature
