I have been going to Beauty secrets for my nails since I arrived in Geneva at the end of 2009. They are very flexible & professional.

Not the cheapest in town and certainly not the most expensive. I don't speak a word of French, but there is always at least one girl on hand to translate, the small space is part of the charm. I have tried many places in Geneva and so far they are the only ones who seem to know what they are doing, very thorough, plus they are quick, one girl will do manicure and the other will do the pedicure so you are not sitting there all day. I would recommend this place also for bikini waxing, again, quick, (almost) pain free. Its not a palace, but they get the job done.

Geneva is a real HIT or MISS city when it comes to mani/pedi's. This salon is a miss in my opinon. I didnt feel that the young girl doing my nails was fully trained and was jumping up to answer the phone. She must be the only one who speaks French and English because the other ladies would bark orders at her and point to the phone when it would ring. Because of this it was not relaxing, not a treat for the feet or hands and left me feeling 'nothing special'. Needs improvement!

I just walked in on a whim on a miserable day and unfortunately I was not impressed. The pedicure was rushed and the manicure table is right at the door and i was freezing! Not a nice experience. Do not recommend.

This is not a nail salon but more a pedicure salon. The girls dont speak a word of English and the ambiance is not very nice. The up side is that you can go with a friend for a pedicure because they have a couple of chairs the downside is that they speak in Thai the entire time amongst themselves (loudly) and its really annoying because the place is so small you could not swing a cat and it overtakes the conversation your trying to have with your friends. My vote is 2 out of 5 only because the pedicure was nothing special, no foot massage just a 'rub', no communication with the staff was possible (no English & limited French that was very hard to understand) and you walk out feeling 'nothing'.
