We have purchased several items here over the years, however our last visit to this store was extremely disappointing. We were completely ignored. When we entered the store, we did not even get a hello. The staff treated us very badly and that was a really painful. The experience at the store was completely unacceptable and I will never return. Upon leaving the store we mentioned to the staff that we found their behavior and the way they treated us unacceptable. Their excuse was that they had an important customer to attend to. Three salespersons attending to one single customer! Absolute rubbish. I guess that we were not important to them at all. I’m disappointed because I like BO concept furniture, but I refuse to be treated like this. I would not recommend this particular store to anyone. Don’t go there. A few days later, the store responded to this review - their level of agressivity shows they know they treated us badly. Look at the other google customer reviews which will confirm they have treated others like this. If my review makes them treat customers better, then it would have served its purpose.
