This is the first time I've gotten a manicure and pedicure since my arrival in Geneva. I've waited a few months because I was put off by the prices I had seen advertised in most nail salons and spas. I passed Mod's Nails on the tram every day so I figured I would give it a try. For CHF 75 I got a manicure (CHF 25) and pedicure (CHF 50) in an hour. It was fast and professional service in a clean and tidy nail salon. They were very busy and the clients who were there seemed to be repeat customers, which I took as a good sign.

I went in during my lunch break and one woman started on my pedicure while another started on my manicure. They did a very thorough job while I relaxed in the massage chair, which kneaded my back and neck while they worked. They got rid of all my callouses (which I am embarrassed to say were many) and ragged cuticles (also embarrassing) and did a nice job on the color, and there was a nice leg massage thrown in there as well. I only went a few days ago, but thus far the polish hasn't chipped and is holding up pretty well (I actually take in my own nail color and let them use their base and top coats).

I wouldn't go there if you're looking for a spa experience or really want to treat yourself to a posh environment with all the bells and whistles. But if you want someplace to get your nails done quickly, frequently and (relatively) inexpensively I would try it.

The women who were there the day I went in didn't speak English, but I did fine with the few words of French I know. They don't accept debit or credit cards, cash only, and I'm not sure if they accept walk-ins. Everyone who came in while I was there seemed to have an appointment and I had made an appointment the week before.

Hours are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm

Cindy, the employee, is adorable, very competent and meticulous. But the self-proclaimed "boss", Ms. Dang, has an awful temperament, is rude and doesn't respect the basic hygiene rules. The place doesn't respect the security rules either. It is the ugliest and cheapest one in Geneva.

I liked it a lot! Fast and cheap (for Geneva).
The girls are from Vietnam, they work fast and my nails look perfect.
I paid CHF 55 for french pedi and CHF50 for gel nails (that last 21 days).
I recommend it!

Ive been doing the rounds and I have to say I am getting really tired of bad service and shocking mani/pedi's in Geneva! No upsides. Downsides: plenty, starting with bad mani/pedi (the place is dirty), bad polish application, rushed pedi, no communication skills and even though its probably the cheapest place in Geneva so you shouldnt expect much but at a minimum you should get a good basic for this money. I do not recommend this place even if you are desperate for a mani/pedi (shocking)!

I did the full hands and feet experience here. It was good but basic so three stars only. Also I should say that it looks slightly unkempt from the outside but is welcoming once you're inside.

I agree, they are quick, efficient and cheap for Geneva standards, but dont expect great customer service or any kind of service for that matter, they dont speak english and I had trouble understanding their french. Its always better to book.
