Anyone up for having a sightseeing + hiking + piano-tour of Zofingen? Located near Olten, the town boasts a well preserved historical center, with orchards and gardens which might look quite appealing now that it's autumn.

The idea then is to have a walk across the old town and, should time and weather allow it, reach Schloss Wikon/Marienburg, which allegedly has an impressive lookout point from its terrace. The main event will be at 5pm, when pianist Fei Fei Dong will hold a piano recital in the Strengelbach district. If you're a Chopin buff, you'll definitely be familiar with Fei Fei, as she reached the semis of the Chopin Competition 9 years ago in Warsaw (for more on that, you may check youtube). This time, she'll perform Chopin's Andante Spianato, as well as Schumann's Kinderszenen, Beethoven's Hunt Sonata and some pieces by Rachmaninoff.
