Ayurveda is one of the oldest health systems in the world. Learn about its basic principles and how to apply them to improve our health and wellbeing.

It is with great pleasure that I announce this special talk by a guest speaker, Dr Geetha Krishnan Gopalakrishna Pillai, which will undoubtedly be fascinating for all.

He was Head of the Department of Integrative Medicine & Holistic Therapies, in one of the large multi-specialty hospitals in India, for nearly 7 years and currently works as the AYUSH expert (Ayurveda, Yoga, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy) at the World Health Organization, Geneva.

Introductory remarks by Ambassador Amandeep Singh Gill.
