Montreux Xmas markets

Xmas markets are a big thing in Montreux, so let's discover the gazillion events that are featured: they include a flying Santa on the lake, an enchanted ice skating rink, a medieval market and much more. You may read about the festival on:

As usual, we'll try to combine the visit with a ride on the Orient Express inspired train to Les Avants, followed by a walk down to Montreux or an ambitious hike to the Snow White castle of Caux, so as to gain a vantage point overlooking the Swiss riviera.
We'll then spend the afternoon walking along the Swiss riviera, while waiting for Santa to fly into the sky at 5pm.
Meeting place and time: Montreux station at 9:40am.
