On Sunday, March 3, if the weather is nice, I plan to organize a circular snowshoe hike to Refuge de Bostan 1860m and Pointe de la Golèse 1835 m. We will walk in one of the most beautiful area of Haute-Savoie. From the car park we go up a party of Combe de Bostan until his Refuge 1860m. Then we go to the Col de la Golèse and go up to the Pointe de la Golèse 1835m, where we have a very great view over a grand part of the alpine peaks. If the visibility is ok, the landscapes will be spectacular.
Down via Les Chavonnes.
Cumulative gradient gain about 1000m. Distance about 14 km. For experimented and sporty hikers.

Equipment: Good mountain shoes, snowshoe, warm and rain clothes, glove, hat, stick, gaitre, drink, picnic….

We meet at Gaillard, behind the customs of Moellesullaz, on the a small parking Port de France at 7h30. Inscription is obligatory.

There is a participation fee of 5 Euro for a daily license of the French hiking federation FFRP.
Passengers in the vehicle pay directly to the driver € 0.10 per km.
