The weather forecast for Sunday is rather good! The 137th stroll will take us through the wineyards and villages in the Mandement area. We will start our walk in Satigny and pass through the villages of Bourdigny, Choully and Peissy and the surrounding wineyards, slowly making our way towards Russin. This walk will be on hard and semi-hard roads.

We will meet at Cornavin railway station, platform 5, at 12h35. Platform 5 is at the south end of the station between platforms 4 and 6. We take the RER train which leaves at 12h48 (your monthly pass or regular bus ticket is also valid in this train). We get off at Satigny, arrival 13h00 (you can also join us at Satigny station if that is more convenient for you). At the end of the walk, we will take the RER from Russin back to Geneva-Cornavin station.

The walk is about 10 km and rather flat. We will walk mostly on hard roads.

Take food and drinks along for a picnic - plus something to sit upon. We will take it easy and walk for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Expect to be back in town around 17h00-17h30.
