I had planned the following destination for October,4. But the weather conditions were not favorable and we did the Pointe du Perret.
And now:
On Sunday Octobre 11, (if the weather is ok) I am organising a hike to Trou de la Chapelle 1496 m, and Talamarche 1850 m.
We start from Alex. Through the Rochettes, we arrive at Trou De La Chapelle. We’ll Cross cave and arrive at Arête de Lanche Noire. From there, by using fixed ropes and chains we descend to the Vallon Du Cruet. Go up this vally and arrive at the summit of Talamarche 1850m. A large view over the Annecy lake. picnic and enjoy the scenery and down through the Chalet d’Aulp Riant Dessus and Dessous and arrive at Alex.

Cumulative gradients about 1450 m. Distance about 14 km. For experimented and sporty hikers.

Depending on the weather conditions we can do it in the opposite direction or advance to Saturday, or ...

Appointment: 7:30, Final stop of tram n° 14 (Rond Point de Bernex. Free parking Sunday) Inscription is obligatory.

Equipment: Good mountain shoes, drink, warm and waterproof clothes, stick, gloves, cap. Etc…

There is a participation fee of 5 Euro for a license of the French hiking federation FFRP, including insurance. Passengers in the vehicle pay directly to the driver € 0.10 per km.
