Geneva Scuba Group dive no. 836
Wednesday, November 2nd, 2022 @ 19:00
Creux de Genthod, Lake Leman, Geneva
This is a fun, night SCOOTER and staged decompression dive at Creux de Genthod, Lake Leman.
If any divers are "recovered" sars-cov-2 carriers then seek advice from your doctor about scuba diving before joining. There have been some concerning stories of individuals who were infected, yet asymptomatic until they dived.
The water is warm at the surface (18°C), but the temperature drops rapidly with depth. 6°C at 40m. There is a strong thermocline that wanders between 10 - 20m. Bring appropriate exposure protection (dry suit), hood, gloves.
A primary lamp and a backup lamp are mandatory.
Arrive at 1900.
Diving specific insurance (e.g. DAN) is mandatory.
If you have any questions then feel free to post them below.
Cheers,
Richard
