Dear all,

We meet every MONDAY and WEDNESDAY at 7pm (19h00) and on SATURDAY at
10am in front of Bain des Paquis. (Quai Mont-Blanc / Quai Wilson)

To us : We are runners of all abilities, including those who literally only walk, so no need to worry.

We are group of avid runners from different countries. Whether you are training for a 5k, or a 10k, or a 1/2 marathon, or a marathon, or just want to be a part of a running group, come and join us.

We have been running together since April 2008, (we have done a few ½ and full Marathons in Switzerland, as well as in many other European cities, we have even been to Mongolia…)

We run for fun, but we train also for ½ and full Marathons, and for Triathlons.

We are of all ages, the youngest is 18 and the oldest?...who cares, it’s all about running, and about sharing the same spirit.

Monday & Wednesday, we tend to run for about 45min to 1hour, Saturday is a long run, over an 1 hour.

After running: in summer you can find us @ La Terrasse, and if it rains it’s the Clubhouse.
So bring a 10 CHF note and we can all grab a drink afterwards.

NO need to sign up, just come and join us – and YES, we meet even in the rain… and even in the snow...
