There's a meditation at the Sattva Institute (www.sattva.institute) every Wednesday evening (7 pm)

It will be different every week so i will be posting information (in the comments about the sort of meditation we will be experiencing that week)

About 30/40 min meditation and 30/20 chat with a cup of tea

Please keep the pos meditation chatting within the same line (avoid gossiping)

Meet up rules:

• Shoes off as meditation is in a yoga studio

• Please respect the other elements of the group and stay in silence during the meditation

• Try to arrive on time (preferably 5 minutes earlier)

Room hosts max 15 people and i post this activity on meetup as well so please RSVP as soon as you can so that i can get the final numbers and if you can't make it make sure you cancel as like this other people will be able to join. :) Merci xx
