While a lot of attention on this forum goes to tensions between Georgia and Russia, Iran and those who already have nuclear weapons, Barack Obama and the nearly-dead guy and now between those who support freedom of speech and those who seek to limit it, we seem to be missing the rising tensions between Germany and neighbouring financial superpower Liechtenstein.
The row has gotten out of hand, as it appears the Germans have already resorted to violence: "It is surely a crisis when one is shot at in this way by such a big country", said some important guy. It is easy to understand that the Germans covet the wealth in Liechtenstein, and even would go through criminal channels to get to some of it.
I believe we should try to defuse the situation, also given that Switzerland may be next, and make some small gesture of love and peace, but I am not sure how. Maybe glocal members from both countries can publicly hug each other?
