Improving Geneva in 9 points
when you press these bumpers to cross the street, they would immediately set the traffic light to orange to let you cross.

these sovietic traffic lights would not be so often on red (for both cars, bicycles or walkers)

shops would be open till 20.00 (Saturday included)

you could buy real hot bretzel and cervelat in the train station or near the lake all year long

There would be more vegetation and fountains on the plaine de plainpalais to make it less ugly

There would be official "coffee shops" to kill the drug dealers business in the city

there would be a direct train connection to Annecy, to have less cars and traffic in Geneva.

The train station city area would be cleaner (while making busy some job seekers)

BTW, The 6% unemployed job seekers could be employed half time for tasks benefiting the Geneva city (small group lessons to students and expats in French, English, maths, IT, cleaning the city, grooming the parks, erasing wall tags)

There are many other things to do, but they would be impossible to realize !!
