I have a lovely, placid golden labrador aged 8years. Due to an unexpected change of family situation I am searching for a new family for him. He is a very quiet placid dog. I am a teacher and have lots of different children here with no problems ever. He is definitely NOT a guard dog completely unaggressive.

I'm a dog lover and have had dogs all my life, one of them was a Golden retriever. I've been wanting to have a new dog for years now but, being single, I can't take a puppy as it would need to be educated, which I can't do as I'm at work all day.
So the main question is : can your dog stay alone with another pet during the day ? If so, I'd like to get pictures, if you've got some !

Unfortunately, I am in a appartment with balcony in Geneva. But I have a chalet with garden an hour away from Geneva where I go every week-end. If your dog is used to having a dayly garden at hand, this might be a problem for him !

He does have a big garden and in fact lives outside although he is used to staying inside when he stays at my friends house but I think he is too big for an apartment, unfortunately.
Have you thought of trying at the refuge for a dog ? I wish you luck in finding your future companion and thanks for your interest in Itsu.
