Medical Overbilling - Swiss Association / Regulatory Body

Does anyone know if there is a medical association or regulatory body that controls and regulates doctors and medical centres when they over invoice. Please note I am referring to when you know that the doctor/centre has lied about the amount of time spent with the doctor. Which association or regulatory body controls this in Switzerland?

You should also think of alerting your insurance company (if not yet done).

A friend of my was overinvoiced. The hospital said they did a procedure which they did not do...and charged for material that was not used, etc (that blatant). In the first instance she informed her insurance company.

Insurances tend not to like to overpay...

Good luck!
