Online privacy issue

I would like to ask your guidance regarding the online privacy. I am looking for ways to denounce privacy and file a complaint. Do you happen to know what organization in Switzerland involves with this issue? Something similar to the German Federation against Copyright Infringement.

A quick Google search led me to the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property.

ALso have a look at this Wikipedia page.

But Poppy is correct that we need more info; are we talking about intellectual property (i.e. did someone use something without your permission), are you the victim of identity theft, or is it something else you want to file a complaint about?
