Hi Holly. I go to InnerCity yoga, and absolutely love it. The instructors teach in English (as well as French), and it has a very accommodating class schedule, including on Sundays. You should definitely check them out. http://www.innercityoga.com/

Many thanks for the replies, I am going to check out aom yoga this Thursday. Any idea how much Innercity yoga costs per class? I remember contacting them before and it was rather expensive.
