Hey Sab,
Just to try and assess your exact needs and narrow down your search a little - so since you mentioned "notaire", I take it that what you need is a real estate lawyer, yes? And if so, is such ( the property) located in Switzerland or lsewhere ( such as in France, for instance) and what type of transacation are you contemplating ( sale/purchace, leasing, et cetera...)..)?
