Does anyone know where this stop is? I found the stop for 27 going in the other direction, but this one eludes me...

Although this is the map for bus line 6, it's the same stop as for line 27 direction Vernier.

The bus 27 doesn't go to Vernier. It's go to Le Lignon.
The stop at Cornavin direction Le Lignon is between the St-Gervais school and "l'Ecole des Arts décoratif", Under the trains.
In this stop, it's the bus n° 6, 19 and 27.

Well, my dear.
You find the stop on Lignon direction (throught Charmilles), on Rue de Lion.
And before, under the bridge, direction Servette.
But to go to Vernier, take bus 6 or 19.
