I think you should find a an osteopath or chiropractor specialized in hip-pelivis problems. Unfortunately, I know only one in US. 

Otherwise, Egouscue's and Weisberg's method are efficient for many people.

I have started with the first name received by PM and unfortunately it didnt work out at all. Now i had 2 sessions with David Lewis and it was fine so far, but the issue still persists. When it will be over I will post here the name of the osteo who helped me to heal.

I can fully recommend the Egoscue method. (just google Egoscue.com)

This is a set of exercises targeted to your problem. 

You sent a photo of your posture (4 angles) and their specialists give you a set of simple stretching/reinforcing exercises.

It helped me and my friends a great deal! I cannot thank them enough.

It's better to treat the source of the problem so that the pain stop reappearing, rather than having an osteo fix the symptom every single time.

Thank you klaba for valued advice! Thats exactly my point in my search. But unfortunately osteos here just cracking your back hoping it will help with your problem. They dodnt have the idea where the problem might be coming from. I know its very important not to stop exercising when your body still have issues and will follow your advice!

Hands down the best physio / osteopath I have seen is Dr. François Fourchet at l'Hopital de la Tour. You might have to wait a little bit to see him, but he is wonderful, and totally worth it - managed to identify the cause of, and fix issues I had for a long time, and gave me exercises to get it sorted long term. Even if it's La Tour, if you gte a physio prescription form your doctor, regular insurance will cover it.

I am happy for you Hanifa! My experience with Marinoni a year ago was following: I went to see him for minor chronic pain, he looked at me thoroughly, said that he found nothing, billed me 120fr or so for 30 min and off you go! 

I'm really sorry to read you ... under such conditions. It is true that on my first appointment he did not do much but the second time it was a miracle. I was very shorn. For my part I did not have to pay because my insurance covers 90% I hope you have found another person to relieve you :(

Somatic practice helps greatly for chronic pain.

It's a hands-on treatment where you're active and participatory : no quick fix, crack and off you go, but somatic learning where you help your body to respond to pain in a way that helps it heal.

Especially indicated when the pain gets better after a treatment and then comes back again and again : means something must change in the way we relate to our body.

I don't want to do publicity on this thread, just raising awareness on this option as it helped many people with chronic pain in things like 4 sessions.

Happily sharing more about it and recommending people in Geneva.
