Hi yiti, unfortunatelly I don't have knowledge of French that I can offer you, but as someone eager to learn new languages I use websites such as http://www.mylanguageexchange.com/ for language exchange partners, but also https://www.duolingo.com/ and http://livemocha.com/. Duolingo has a limited number of languages French is among them.
I also strongly recommend you to try joining a community of expats in Geneva where you might find a native speaking French people. One of the ones I always recommend to my friends living or planning to move abroad is InterNations. You can check their website here: http://www.internations.org/geneva-expats.
