I need someone to cut out a few branches of a tree. All is needed is a high ladder and a small buzzsaw, both of which I don't have. I thought it might be easier to pay a gardener to do so rather than renting/buying the equipment.

They can be difficult here about cutting down, pruning, trees for a whole range of reasons.
Best to ask at your mairie in advace iif the work you wish to have done would be without problem and not need need authorisation.
