Can anyone recommend a company for refrigerator/freezer repairs? Our problem is with the door, so not an electrical problem. We had previously used ART menager and had a terrible experience with them (stay away!). I haven't been able to find any recommendations on the forum. Preferably English-speaking. Thank you!

If the fridge is over 5-6 years old, it will probably be cheaper in the long run to buy a new one and take out a fixed-term guarantee for any repair work including the call-out fee (which in itself can cost at least CHF 100 per item).
