Hi there, I seem to have lost my AVS card, does anyone know where/how I can get a replacement?

i would say the best bet is to speak to human resourses at work, they will arange it for you.

I'm with Peaky. You can get it re-done yourself, but it's a hassle. Speak with Human-Remains.

I agree it is very easy for HR to apply for you as they will have the form already. If you need to do it on your own you can download the form from this site

The Swiss are very organized all you have to do is phone them they will send you a new one within 10 days, it will have a new number but all your details will have been saved!
