Nothing fancy, but just good old ribs!

Thanks! I've seen that restaurant already because it's very close to where I live. But it never crossed my mind yet to check out if they have ribs

You can buy them for ~€6.90/kg in French supermarkets from the butchers and make your own in the oven.
