Anyone know of good rowing clubs in Geneva? Or is anyone looking to complete a team (maybe a 4 or 8)?

Rowing... hmmm I think that's "aviron" in French? I know there is an Aviron club in Vesenaz

Societe Nautique de Geneve have a rowing section.

There is also a small club in Nyon, another in Morges and a couple of larger clubs in Ouchy, Lausanne. There is also a club over in Divonne, France that rows on the small lake there. It is only about 1k long, but a lot flatter than Lac Leman!

I am looking to join a rowing program in Geneva. I rowed for one semester (8s) at university but would love to join a novice program (trains a few times a week) here in Geneva. Could you pass any information you may have on to me?

I am not an expert but when I did it for a few months in the past, I picked it up quite easily.
