Chakchouka or Tchekchouka is a north-african popular food and very tasteful.
It's resembling to the french famous Ratatouille, but have another taste as it includes a local ingredients.
The best receipe and unforgettable one  I ate is the Tunisian version. This plate could be completly vegetratian with scrambled eggs and potatoes, but it also be with "Kaddid" ( a special tunisian fried and preserved meat ) Uncredible taste
