Does anyone have any recommendations for spinning classes? Preferably between Nyon and Geneva for location. Thanks!

Atlantique in Gland do have spinning classes not sure if you have to be a full on member though before you can attend.

Go to Espace Sante. They have what they call "Bike" class but it's spin. The sessions are one hour and on some saturdays they are 1 1/2 hours long. They are really intense and fun and Maria is the girl you want to take classes with.
Espace Sante is in Bellevue, a little north of Geneva. There is a train that goes directly from the Geneva Gare Cornavin to the train station in Bellevue and you literally walk under the train tracks and straight up the hill until you see the sign for Espace Sante and you turn right into it.
As an avid cyclist and winter spinner, I highly recommend this class. Couldn't tell you the times though....only one I know for certain is Friday at 12:30.

Hello spinners!
I am also looking for somewhere to go spinning in Geneve, preferably not a fitness centre with horrendous membership fee. Where I'm from (Canada), bike shops often offer spinning classes at the shop where they have spinning bikes during the winter. Has anybody heard of something like that in Geneva?
Thanks!

Shilouette in Nyon and Versoix/Mies have spinning classes
Hi there
in case you're still looking for spin classes - www.spin-geneve.com has just started and is offering spin classes at the Bike Switzerland bike shop in Les Grottes behind the station in Geneva. It's pay per class so no membership needed.
Hope this is helpful, Natalie
