There is the Tennis Club de Geneve with two locations.  I'm not familiar with the one in parc des Eaux-Vives but the one in Champel has indoor courts for sure.  Also there are indoor courts in Archamps.

I ride my bike there, but I am pretty sure you could catch a bus somewhere nearby.  It's just outside Carouge.

I was looking at TC Geneve and Drizia-Miremont tennis club.

I want to take membership only for winters and I couldn't find that option at Drizia-Meremont club.

Andria, I'm not sure they do.  I haven't seen any but they probably have some for sale.  However, if you need a racquet, I have two but rarely have a partner if you're up for a rally or two I'll gladly loan you one.  I'm not a great player, rusty at best, but I like to hit around if you're up for it.  Offer stands for anyone else interested here as well.
