Hi Everyone,

I am looking to buy an apartment in (or around) Geneva. I wanted to know if there are any special regulatory stuff that I should know about. I currently live in Munich, Germany but plan to move to Geneva sometime next year. Any other information like websites where I can find the best listing would also be appreciated. I have done a few google searches and found some websites but there are some that once can miss.
