Thanks to those who responded on my last thread; we're deciding whether to join the renters association (an extra cost we need to see if we can afford) and thank you for the advice. Right now, we're in the process of looking for a new place.

I am wondering if anyone knows if I can use my master promissory note/disclosure statement from my US government loan in lieu of paycheck slips. I receive it every six months for the duration of my schooling in an amount that would allow me to rent a proper apartment. I of course would get the form for my lack of executioned debt in conjunction with this, and already have a type B residence permit. As you all know, this would open up many doors for rentals in Geneva for us.
