Can anyone recommend a place for christmas dinner on christmas day not christmas eve.
Was thinking perhaps somewhere like la cluzac or another ski resort.

thanks. Need restaurant recommendations not too expensive and no where formal. Charmonix or la clusaz or megeve.

We drove to Chamonix on Christmas Day last year and had a meal at La Cabane des Praz, Chamonix Mont Blanc Tel: +33 (0)4 50 53 23 27. Website: http://www.restaurant-lacabane.com/. It is located outside of town up by the Golf Course
The meal was expensive but wonderful. We had four courses and it has a lovely cosy atmosphere.
We also managed to get a cheap room at the hotel next door for one night so that we could relax and have a drink, plus make use of their spa. Christmas day in the hot tub highly recommended. http://www.hotel-labrador.com/uk/index.php
