I go toThai-boxing classes in www.shinbudo.ch on Monday & wed evenings, and on Saturday at 16h. You ladies are welcome to join anytime. They give the 1st few trial classes for free.

CHF 550 for 6 months. I don't think they have it by month.

By the way, I'm not sure if all those ladies interested in kick-boxing realise that it is not goofing around with gloves kicking and punching in the air with the music background.

Thanks. For me, it's to learn how to fight and protect myself, and spend my excessive energy. Not interested in tae boe.
