There are many shops selling Russian and Polish food in Geneva. I would recommend Pam Meyrin, Perla at Carouge or Plainpalais shop (the last one if you would like to make your shopping on Sundays or late at the evening).

By the way, "La Perla" in Carouge is the only shop in Switzerland, selling not only Russian and Polish, but also large choice of Romanian food specialities.

No-one mentioned yet: They have a shop with Russian goods at the Russian UN mission (Avenue de la Paix). With a Russian passport you can shop there. Many Russians go there Friday afternoons.

I guess, there you need a special entry card, Russian passport is not enough.
By the way, nobody mentionned the Plainpalais shop. This one is very good, not very cheap, but open on nights and Sundays. Very good choice of Russian, Polish, Hungarian food. Now they have some changes in the shop, so some products can be missing, but still it is the biggest choice of Geneva. They have also very good choice of Latin American food and beverages. The address is Boulevard du Pont d'Arve 28.
