i've seen an annonce on glocals yesterday with a place in Paquis (rue Mounoir or something) who help expats to open their own activity. is there someone who has details about this thing and can give it to me because i can not remeber the excat adress and details about it. thanks.

Just to say that rue Maunoir is in the Eaux-Vives. Perhaps it was rue de Monthoux, which is in Pâquis.
