Can't say for all the recycling centers. However, the one I use, between Aire-La-Ville and Bernex has a large container for old monitors, keyboards, printers and the like.
The recycling center is on Chemin des Communaux, which is off Rte d'Aire-la-Ville. You drive in, dump your things in the proper container and drive out.
Good luck!

The following website links to a detailed map of different places to dispose of electronic waste across Switzerland (there are seven in Geneva, including the one mentioned above).

any merchant of electronic items are obliged to take back any electronic item the are selling, but also halogen lightbulbs, fluorescent tubes or even worse the new energy saver light bulbs which contain mercury.
in Switzerland we prepay a recycling tax when we buy an item, so even when you hav not bought your item there they will take it back.
for lightbulbs, batteries etc Migros takes back just anything.
