Heey Aline,
We're now living in Pully in a little free-standing pink house, but we are leaving by the end of the year. The rent (Chf 2600 excl. services) might be a bit to high, but maybe you are interested or know someone else?!
Greetz,
Roeland

I ended up using a company called Swiss Flat to find my place. They are flat/apartment finders specializing in the Lausanne area and were wonderful.
Everyday for nearly two weeks, they brought me to see two or three different places in my price range. Because my French is weak, they did the talking, helped me with the application paperwork and even helped me get the apartment insurance. And they drove me to each apartment as taking the metro to all this new areas was stressful.
It took two weeks, but they found me a great place in my price range. I would recommend them to any expat moving to Lausanne who is looking for an apartment. Good Luck!!!

Hi Michelle,
How much did Swiss Flat charge you for the service?
I used to engage them last year but I had to do the visiting myself, despite not being able to understand a simple sentence in French. In the end, it wasn't successful so I'm not sure if I should call them again this time round.
