A big hello to all out there !! I am currently in working in Fribourg.
Main aim is to learn French, having lessons at the moment but more practise is needed :( on the up side looking to start leaning how to sail which should be a lot more fun :)

Never been sailing. I worked in Germany around lake konstance and regretted not learning to sail there. So no excuses now.
There are a few schools that give lessons in English. Hopefully, will have first lesson in a couple of weeks. Could be a bit cold :(

Well, I was planning so, but during summer I am going for some months abroad! So will not start yet! Scared that I will forget when its getting next year! Before I was also looking for some people and I found a lot of sailing people at justlanded.com, at the forum! Maybe you will some people.

I have booked lessons starting from the 25th March in Nyon. The weather is getting nice here as well which is good. The website looks good I will most likely join.
If you are passing Fribourg or Geneva then let me know and we can grab or coffee or something.

one of the best places i found is the wake center (just after geneve plage) if you're starting out wakeboarding. good instructors, and lots of fun!
