Englishman needs info on Zurich
Hi everyone,

I am an engineer and have just have just finished my first couple of weeks working in Mettmenstetten, I am back in the UK at the moment and will return next week, need things to do on evenings and weekends.Went to Zurich last weekend, it seems a great city but I dont know where an English speaking chap can go and meet expats or English speaking people (until my German gets better).

I will be working like this until the summer when we will move over permanently.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Well mate!! First of all, welcome to this community...

To meet English speaking folks, go to the Glocals Wednesday Night Drinks which are held on a weekly basis.

Venue is

Westside Music Cafe

Limmatstrasse 109

Zurich 8005

Tram 4/13 to Limmatplatz

Hope this will help!

Cheers

Ehsaan
