Moving to Lausanne area on Friday!

Hello!

My name is Katie I am an Illustration graduate from England. I will be moving to Morges next Friday to start work in a school and explore everything there is to explore in Switzerland!

I love painting, reading, baking and being out in nature! Actually I love most things and will be looking to get involved with anything going on really!

Hoping to make lots of new friends in the area to meet up for coffee, drinks, do some fun activities and to generally just help me feel at home. Also keen to learn a bit of french :)

Welcome to glocals, to Morges and to Lausanne.

If you take a look at the “Groups” you will find a variety of interesting things to do and opportunities to meet like-minded members and make new friends.

It’s also a good idea to check “Things to do” every day so as not to miss any chance to join an event taking place in your area. This is the wine-harvest season so there’s plenty going on.

Thanks for your reply! Do you know of any arty things going on in the area - i would love to join something. Or if you want to meet for some coffee&drawing anytime.

I'm new in Lausanne too, I'm from Barcelona and I'll be here for 1 year.

It would be great to have a coffee or something together, let me know.
