Hi Luis and welcome to glocals
The glocals community in Basel is pretty small, but its growing daily, and I know some of the Basel members meet for drinks every week.
Check out the Member Activities section in the next few days to see if something is posted, and/or post your own activity and get some people together.
Welcome again, and enjoy Basel.
