Just wanted to show my face here and say hi!
I hope to find new friends and a lot to do from here. I like sports, dining out, movies, wines and having fun with people. I try to be active in here so maybe we will be seeing soon!

Hi,
and thanks for the welcome!
Well, I don´t actually work in a restaurant. I work for the Finnish embassy, kind of like ambassadors personal chef, in his residence. Something like that. I worked many years in Michelin-stared restaurants in finland, but then I got a little frustrated of all those long and hard days and decided to do something else for a change. And haven´t regret that decision. It´s nice to have a little "easier" job for a change. Not to mention shorter days and better salary :D. So now I have a new (positive) problem, I don´t know what to do with all my free time, it is so new for me :)
And what I cook? What ever I can think of. On normal days I just make normal home food for embassadors lunch (when he has time to come home to eat) and then here are business lunch and dinners. Then I get to do anything I like of really good quality supplies. So I design all menus my self, then go to the store to get everything and then I prepare it my self. So very independent and unrestricted job. I like it a lot.
