I'm in Geneva now. I just arrived Wednesday and was looking for somewhere temporarily to stay. I found a student accommodation centre in Plainpalais that might help initially. It is the Centre Saint Bonifcae. You can google it. It is on Avenue du Mail and close to Geneve uni. This might be a good starting location to begin to look for accommodation. It seems hard to find. Last night I went to a place and there were at lest 20 others looking at the same time. Sharing might be a better option. Have a look at www.immostreet.ch and renting and flat-sharing sections.
